The Athens Group is currently redeveloping the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club in Naples, Florida. The project includes the creation of a world-class destination resort that embraces the site’s natural attributes within a cohesive coastal resort setting. The new 216-room Four Seasons hotel will be the preeminent destination resort in Southwest Florida that will cater to its guests at the highest level with a wide range of amenities and personalized services. The redevelopment plan includes the addition of best-in-class beachfront condominiums and golf-side residences along with the renovation and improvement of the beloved HB’s on the Gulf, the Sunset Beach Bar, the conference center and the golf course. The Naples Beach Club will also feature a “Market Square” for its guests, residents and neighbors that will include a cinema, a kids’ club, a restaurant with bowling lanes and the resort’s spa and fitness facilities. Extensive landscaping and gardens throughout the property will create the intimate feel of a singular coastal resort –one that spans from Gulf to golf.
