The Athens Group is currently redeveloping the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club in Naples, Florida. The project includes the creation of a world-class destination resort that embraces the site’s natural attributes within a cohesive coastal resort setting. The new 215-room Four Seasons hotel will be the preeminent destination resort in Southwest Florida that will cater to its guests at the highest level with a wide range of amenities and personalized services. The redevelopment plan includes the addition of best-in-class Beachside Residences and Golfside Residences along with the renovation and improvement of the beloved HB’s on the Gulf, the Sunset Beach Bar, the conference center and the Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course. The Naples Beach Club will also feature a Market Square for its guests, residents and neighbors that will include a cinema, a kids’ club, a restaurant with bowling lanes and the resort’s spa and fitness facilities. Extensive landscaping and gardens throughout the property will create the intimate feel of a singular coastal resort –one that spans from Gulf to golf.
