The Athens Group worked with Mohari Hospitality to manage the successful renovation and rebranding of the former Toronto Thompson Hotel into the 1 Hotel Toronto. Located in Toronto’s historic and vibrant Fashion District, the project includes 112 hotel rooms, 4 food and beverage outlets; featuring the renowned Casa Madera restaurant, and historic Diner, as well as a rooftop bar, pool, meeting spaces, and fitness facility. In keeping with the city’s natural environment and views of Lake Ontario, this luxury hotel was developed with a particular focus on health, wellness, and sustainability.
